AXON flanges are available in a variety of sizes and thicknesses, ranging from 1-13/16” to 30”. All are designed and constructed to offer ultimate reliability within even the harshest operations.
AXON high-pressure standpipe manifold fittings are designed for 7500 psi (517 bar) operating pressure. These fittings are designed and manufactured to the requirements of ASME/ANSI B31.3, using low alloy steel, quenched and tempered to insure material toughness at low temperatures. The weld end outside diameter and inside diameter can be specified to match your needs.
SPECIAL FEATURES
Standard fittings conform to the requirements of NACE MR0175 for H2S service
Smooth, large radius transitions in fittings reduces the pressure loss in fluid flow through pipe bends and intersections
The AXON BOP F cup-type tester is attached to drillpipe and lowered into the casing below the wellhead to pressure test the blowout preventer stack and the wellhead. The tester is rated to the API standard mill test pressure of the casing which is used. This rating can be as high as 10,000 psi. Cups with special reinforcement can be provided for any size and weight of casing to hold test pressure up to 15,000 psi.
